Rosa at Paradise Flowers gave us excellent Customer Service over the phone. She helped us customize the arrangement we saw on the Web. We changed some of the flower types and colors while keeping the shape and style shown online.
My friend absolutely loved the flowers (arranged to look like a birthday cake with candles). She texted me a picture of them right away. They looked better than they did online and all the color and flower choices were as I wanted.
It was also easy to make last minute changes and email the message I wanted. Keep in mind that if you want to change the type or color of your flowers it's better to call the day before the delivery (late afternoon is still okay). If you make changes on the same day, you'll be limited to what they have on hand.
