I called requesting an emergency arrangement as my previous floral delivery did not follow through. Rosa was so kind over the phone. She asked me how much I wanted to spend, and the type of packaging to put the flowers in. I gave her little to no direction besides the occasion and two colors, and told her I trusted her creative direction. She exceeded my expectations! Friendly service and everything was ready in 20 minutes!! I will be returning!
